Tony Judt Died
Tony Judt has just died painfully at a relatively young age. Most prominent among his opinions/writings is his vehement opposition of the state of Israel. For the record, the only country in the world that its existence is questioned is Israel. Judt claimed that a Jewish state is an anachronism. It really makes no difference what his arguments were. What matter is that six million Israeli citizens what their state and one Jew born in England and lived most of his life in the US thinks that they are wrong. Who gives an individual the moral right to call six million individuals an anachronism? In particular a wandering Jew who claims that other Jews should be dominated by Palestinians.
