Elizabeth Warren
Jonathan Cohn in the New Republic writes: "Elizabeth Warren may be the best choice to head the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Or she may not be. As I wrote previously, I really don't know. But I do have one more thought about what's apparently the main argument against her candidacy: Her relative lack of managerial experience."
Alas, we still live under the CEO magic spell where management is the newest form of royalty. CEOs have blue blood. Elizabeth Warren is an Okie who is the champion of the poor and the middle class; obviously, her blood is not blue. Actually management is done by everyone, at home, at work and on vacation. Elizabeth Warren has the most important traits of a manager: smarts, vision and passion. Making bankers angry is not a deficiency, it’s an outcome of passion for justice and a call for decency.
Elizabeth Warren will great as the head of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
