The last several months have changed very little in the US of a year ago. Obama continues to be a colossal failure, the Republicans continue to mimic the Talibans, Democrats are as split as they ever were, the political system is bought and controlled by the rich and there still is a practical unemployment of close to 20% which is a terrible tragedy for millions of Americans.
The public utterances, old media, new media, talkers and politician continue to behave as if business is as usual: not that the unemployed are hidden, but some still believe that Obama will change for the better; that the Republican will stop their brutal fight against the American people; that unemployment magically will start to decline; that bipartisanship is not the densest smoke screen ever invented; that faux progressive will become progressives; that the by design disorganized political party, Democrats, will become a Taliban/Communist party marching band; that alleged deficit crisis is another IUD the Taliban is using against the poor and the lower middle class. Finally that that enslaved Americans will be free at last from the slavery to the rich. That's all great manure for the hopefully coming soon spring planting.
