"[T]here were 50 district court and six court of appeals vacancies for which Barack Obama had not even nominated anyone. That was two months ago. Today? District court vacancies without a nominee have reached 53; circuit court vacancies without a nominee are up to 9." (Jonathan Bernstein)
That sounds simply unbelievable. In a country where the judicial system is highly political and where justice depends the politics of the judges involved in the particular case, it is essential for Obama to make sure to nominate as many judges as possible not in the mold of Scalia, Alito and Thomas. In a highly dysfunction justice system, Obama is negligent when he delays nomination to judicial positions.
Obama lives in baseless ego trip with little regard to: his duties as president, head of the Democratic Party and a leader in charge of lowering unemployed drastically.
We are in deep with no rescue insight.
