Django Reinhardt, one of the greatest jazz guitarist ever, was a Gypsy. Hitler equated Gypsies with Jews and tried to annihilate them exactly the way he did with Jews.
Sarkozy, has a problem with non integrating immigrants, mainly with the Muslims. But he cannot return the Muslim to their countries of origins; there are millions of them. So he repatriates the Gypsies. The French Gypsies are returned to Romania and Bulgaria. Many of them have never been to these countries, but who cares?
