Between 2007 and the end of 2008, Human Rights Watch didn't watch anything wrong with Hamas shooting thousands of rockets at Israel. They didn't notice that Hamas is guilty of war crimes since they bombard civilians with the sole purpose of killing and maiming.
When Israel retaliated against Hamas in Gaza, Human Rights Watch woke from its moral hibernation and is trying desperately to show the Israel commits war crimes. Since they don't have nothing obvious they resort to innuendo and illegal inference.
When such an important group show obvious hypocrisy some hidden factors are involved.
